本剧改编自乔治·马丁的《血与火》，背景为《权力的游戏》涉及事件的200年前，聚焦坦格利安家族。故事将讲述坦格利安家族的衰落，以及被称之为“血龙狂舞”的家族内战。。原作は児童精神科クリニックを舞台に、自らも発達障害（ADHD）を抱える院長と研修医のコンビが、さまざまな生きづらさを抱える子供とその家族に向き合うさまを描いた同名マンガ。ドラマでは、叔母が営んでいた小さなクリニックを引き継ぐ佐山卓を山崎が演じ、自身の発達障害を知り一度は医者になることをあきらめようとする研修医・遠野志保に松本が扮する。。Two Belgian brass bands compete for the European title. One is Flemish (Sint-Cecilia), the other Walloon (En Avant). Sint Cecilia loses their soloist in dramatic circumstances and to ensure their participation in the contest they try to steal the very talented soloist from En Avant.
