Who will have the passion, the drive and the endurance ...。广西某艺术学院表演系大三的一群学生，由于上课迟到、玩手机等一系列恶性行为，导致学院一再给他们更换表演课老师。最后学校从校外聘请了一位表演经验丰富的老师——何曼。但是何曼从未从事过教育工作，一开始同学们是不接纳她的，在经过手机被没收事件之后，何曼拉近了与同学们之间的距离，逐渐得到了同学们的信任。最后，何曼要去出演一部期待已久的电影，将离开同学们。同学们为了留住何曼老师想出了各种办法，最终用一部满意的话剧演出回馈了何曼老师。。
