In two epic, surreal and mind-expanding films, Professor Jim Al-Khalili searches for an answer to these questions as he explores the true size and shape of the universe and delves into the amazing science behind apparent nothingness. The first part, Everything...。康庄村民康庆田“惜地如金、爱粮如命”，在交公粮的年代，他信奉祖训，把最好的粮食交给国家。当面临高考的孙女有病时，康家要卖驴、卖粮解危困，在村长和乡亲们帮助下，度过了难关。为了还债，康老汉带领全家移坟种地。2006年党中央免除了农民的全部税费、中小学生学杂费，实行了新型合作医疗，工业反哺农业等一系惠农政策开始实施，为感谢共产党的恩德，村民们在村头立了一块“感恩”碑。在外打工的康大宝也兑现了白条，回到农村用科学种田，康家发生了巨大变化。康老汉的种地积极性更加高涨，把丰收的余粮卖给国家存入粮食银行。。
