民国三十六年的天津，富商之女郑心凌（路晨 饰）因为母亲在车祸中去世而患上了抑郁症，留学回国的心理医生宁雅（冯波 饰）带她来到一家深山中的温泉山庄进行心理治疗。在房间里，心凌无意中发现了一本神秘的日记，随着日记的展开，山庄里各种灵异事件层出不穷，她回来了……。The story begins in today Istanbul, when a woman called Işık (Bade İşçil) arrives at an old house.
