実在の暴走族グループ「スペクター」を題材に、実録ものや漫画原作で知られる作家・上之二郎が著したドキュメント風フィクション『暴走戦国史』。そのOVA化。 1970年代初頭。一人の男が、関東に群れなしていたカミナリ族やサーキット族を統一した。その男こそ、弱冠17歳で暴走族「スペクター」の初代リーダーとなった島田英治だった。だが多くの抗争を経て島田は少年院に送られ、スペクターの統治は二代目リーダー・加賀美に託される。その頃の関東は、すでに暴走族の戦国時代。やがてスペクターと対抗する神奈川の暴走族たちとの戦いは、伝説の「七里ヶ浜事件」へと突入し……。。When “I” carry out illegal prostitution, Ki-jun was the one who swooped in the room and threatened the woman.
