This intimate film follows Yuguo’s own teenage roman...。“宝石拌饭”是在述说以四种宝石（翡翠，红宝石，珊瑚，琥珀）为名的四兄妹故事的家庭电视剧，就像是加入蔬菜和肉做成好吃的拌饭一样并负责观众们的周末电视剧场．担任制作的MBC制作的相关人员表示“宝石拌饭是翡翠，红宝石，珊瑚，琥珀四名子女们的故事，不同的宝石混在一起就真的漂亮吗．不同的宝石碰撞在一起也许会破碎．从父母的立场来看手心手背都是肉．因此将此比喻成拌饭”．又表示“家族成员如果协调的好可能就会成为好的装饰品，但是如果默契不足便会失去光泽．宝石拌饭是发生在家族成员中每一个人身上的多样故事”说明了剧名的意义．。
