故事开始于二十世纪20年代的陕南地区。胡家村村民因不满官府苛捐杂税、横征暴敛，与官府发生冲突，遭官兵追杀，全村老少被迫逃到豫西山区狗娃山，自立山寨为伙。大家一致推举大黑骡（范明 饰）为大当家，女当家被尊称为山寨的“奶奶”（宁静 饰）。逃亡途中奶奶捡到一名将要饿死的男孩，为好养活遂起名狗娃（罗晋 饰）。数年后狗娃长大成人，时逢当地遭百年不遇的大旱，张家堡农民因交不起地租遭恶霸吃人贼（李耕 饰）血洗，奶奶率山寨一干人马驰援张家堡。吃人贼之子李冬青（芦芳生 饰）留日归来，继承恶父衣钵，率保安团围剿狗娃山，大当家殒命。狗娃义愤填膺，率众五战五捷，直至抗日战争爆发，和奶奶一起投入到民族解放战争的洪流之中......。前2作とは異なり、今回は都会（けもの部屋）が舞台となる。刑務所を脱獄したナミは、売春婦のもとに身を寄せる。ナミは町のヤクザの情婦カツからリンチを受ける。ナミは夜の女たちの“怨“を背追い、ドスを手にする……。。The epic adventures of the legendary Baran the Bandit following his release from prison. After serving 35 years, it is no surprise that the world has changed dramatically. Still, Baran can't help but be shocked to discover that his home village is now underwater thanks to the construction of a new dam. He then heads for Istanbul to get revenge upon his former best friend, the man who snitched on him and stole his lover Keje. Along the way, Baran teams up with Cumali, a tough young punk who finds the thief's old-fashioned ways rather quaint. When Cumali gets into deep trouble with a crime boss, Baran adds another vengeful task to his roster.。
