患有开放空间恐惧症的少女海泽（贝拉索恩饰）在前往疗养中心途中，于荒野遭到两名蒙面暴徒袭击，受困车内，生死一线间。现在，海泽除了必须想尽办法自这场劫难中存活下来外，还必须克服内心逐渐滋生蔓延的恐惧心魔……。A young girl lives with her mother in an isolated mountain cabin. Mother dies, the girl also has a child. No father is present. A friendship is formed with another woman but things start to become twisted. Paranoia and delusions follow。
