赵宇、冯飞、齐子墨、Linda是来自凌霄传媒公司不同部门的员工。上班时，他们因为各自的部门利益，不得不针锋相对，但一到周五下班后，则会心照不宣的到公司附近一家酒吧，一起骂骂老板和甲方、自述委屈、不醉不归。。mai在建築公司工作，是個事業心重、目標是被公司外派到東京的女強人，但上司們總以女性無法獨當一面而處處阻擋她。因忙碌事業，mai透過關係聘請了還是學生的ngoc來家裡幫她打掃和照顧狗。沒想到照顧妹妹ngoc無微不至的哥哥hung，決定代替ngoc去整理mai的家，但mai不知道hung的存在，除了滿意hung把家裡打掃得一塵不染，甚至還用簡訊跟這個「假的ngoc」聊了很多姊妹心事，讓兩人的距離更加靠近。沒想到mai某天提早回家洗澡發現了hung，碰巧hung還是曾經在公園和mai起過衝突的人，一氣之下把hung趕出去…。究竟hung有沒有辦法挽回mai的心呢？。Brother's Blood takes place on the mean streets of a city in decay, where a recently released convict begins to take murderous revenge against his childhood friends, whom he believes let him take the fall for a crime they collectively committed.
