妖怪界の刑事・ドロは妖怪総理大臣を決めるという格闘技大会への出場を、ゲーム一作目の主人公でもあった妖怪退治人・剣野舞に依頼する。だが、自分に降りかかった火の粉でもない事件なので、まったく興味を示さない舞。そんな様子を見ていた舞の妹、光が口を挟んできた。そこでドロは光をおだて、魔剣道2号として大会へ出場させようとする。一方、とある一角では妖怪がひとりの少年を改造し、人間界を支配せんと企んでいた……。。"Daughters of the Dust" tells the story of a family of African-Americans who have lived for many years on a Southern offshore island, and of how they come together one day in 1902 to celebrate their ancestors before some of them leave for the North. The film is narrated by an unborn child, and ancestors already dead also seem to be as present as the living.。
