1936年纳粹者发起全国青少年挑战阿尔卑斯山背面的活动,很多人都认为那是死亡之墙,但还是有2位德国青少年挑战,而最终失败的故事。 人们在雪山中发现了他们的尸体其中一人手紧握攥着一个小页血书，上书“给我一套装备。我能爬到中国……”。During the cold and rainy off-season a man arrives in a seaside town and, giving his name only as Pierre, checks into the only hotel which remains open. His arrival arouses curiosity and a degree of suspicion, as people note that he appears to know the area, yet gives no explanation for his presence at that bleak time of year in the dead-end town.。一幢即将清拆的旧楼内，住着一群老街坊，各有不同背景，大都是草根市民。而这幢旧楼正被大地产商看中，计划将之收购重建，故派遣手下向各住户威迫利诱迫迁。各街坊为着得到更优厚的赔偿，各怀私心，抱着强硬态度与地产商对抗，发生连串激烈纠纷，但当中亦使两家斗气冤家化敌为友，同舟共济，面对困难。。
