改編自喜国雅彦的同名漫畫。 以黃色NETA爲主要内容的搞笑動畫，每話由不同主題的3個左右的獨立短片組成。共兩季，均於1999年在TBS電視臺播放。第一季播放於動畫欄目《ワンダフル》。 動畫中也包含喜国雅彦的另一作品《傷だらけの天使たち》的NETA。。刻板的国会女议员非比·弗斯特（琪恩·阿瑟饰演）发现一位美国军官和一个柏林美女关系甚密（玛琳·黛德丽饰演），局势便骤然紧张起来。。Take one look at award-winning songwriter / artist Allee Willis and you see someone unafraid to be themselves.
